Where are your stores located?

What makes the Game X Change different from other
game stores?
A lot! For one, we pay cash for games. And generally speaking, we give more
and charge less because we don't have to pay the rent of a mall store, and we don't have a
huge advertising budget & bureaucracy like the other big corporations. We're
also locally owned an operated, but we're part of a nation-wide network of stores. |
What are your store hours?
Monday to Saturday - 10 am to 9 pm
Sunday - Noon to 6 pm
Holidays - We're usually open, but the store hours vary. |
Do repair systems?
Yes we do, and we charge MUCH less than anybody else. |
Do you sell new games too?
Yes we do! |
Do the used games work? Do they
come with a warranty?
Yes, of course! We test everything out before we buy it, and then we clean it off.
Used CD games and systems come with a 30 warranty against defects, used cartridge
systems, games, and accessories come with a 90 day warranty against defects, and all new
items have the manufacturer's warranty. |
Can I test out games?
Yes, please do! You're welcome to try out any used game in the store. We have
demo systems set up all around the store so you make sure you like the game that you're
buying. |
How do your prices comepare with other
game stores?
We try very hard to give the most, and charge the least. Please shop around and
compare our prices! We can't always give you the best deal, but we're sure we're the
best overall! |
How much cash or credit can I get for
my stuff?
You'll have to bring in what you want to trade or sell so we can take a look at it.
Sorry, we cannot give you any estimates over the phone. |
What's the difference between selling
and trading my games and/or systems?
Selling - We'll give you cash!
Trading A - You'll get credit towards stuff in the store. If there's nothing you
want or need now, we'll give you a gift certificate that you can use later at any Game X
Change store. Generally speaking, if you'll get about 20% more credit than cash.
Trading B - You can trade games of the same level for a trade fee as little as $5.
Trading C - You can trade 2 games of the same level for one game of the same level for no
trade fee. For instance, you give us your two level 3 Xbox games, and we'll give you
one level 3 Xbox game. |
